Redwine and Roses – Cherry Tree
Cherry Tree was born from a verse by piano/keys player and co-founding member of Redwine and Roses, Rebecca Jozwiak created. Rebecca sent me the first verse of Cherry Tree one day, and I loved the symbolism in it. It’s funny because it is one of those songs that took me about 20 minutes to write 4 more verses to it and send them back to her. We cut one of the verses out of it, because it would’ve been too long of a song to make the record, otherwise we probably may have kept it in… but that also adds to the mystery of the song itself I guess. I took what I interpreted as Rebecca’s image of the “Cherry Tree” being a cathartic place where all sins and wrong doings by a former lover, could be divulged. The forbidden fruit of the cherry tree could not only be eaten, but also be a symbol of confession and a backhanded remorse. Rebecca is brilliant at creating lyrics of a dark love, where the words cut through tension like a warm butter knife.

Tiona Campbell – Irrevocable
Houston Texas songwriter 1st single from the upcoming EP set to Debut Summer 2017. The song “Irrevocable” is very special to me and was written in awe of God’s perfect love for us. God never gives up on us! It doesn’t matter who you are, what you have done or how many times you have messed up, God’s patient love is precious, kind, and always there for you. God  bestows unique and specific gifts upon each of us in order to glorify His kingdom, and not only do these gifts become a part of who we are, they are directly tied to our purpose in life.

The Glides: Lullaby
The Glides perform a brand of music that can best be described as alternative, retro, groove. The Phoenix, Arizona band consists of vocalist Travis Kenny, guitarist Mark Harrison, bass guitarist Paul Perron, and drummer Rikki “Stixx” Rodinis. Whether it’s playing shows, in five  cities, in five nights; or zipping up to the high country of Flagstaff to play into the wee hours of the night, these four Renaissance men are always on the move. The Glides not only know where they are going, but have a rock solid history that put them here today. With two feet solidly in indie rock, the band seamlessly juggles elements of dance hall, blues, punk, grunge, and a taste of retro 50’s rock to create their alternative, retro, grooves.

Joey James Band – Drinkin’ Here
This song is a twist on a heartbroken guy and bringing in a party style sound and lyrics to give it a feeling that it’s ok to have a broken heart, cause we all have. My music is my passion and my therapy, I know with words I can bring feelings out and you add a pretty guitar lick to it, then you have magic. Music a 3 minute storybook, that lasts forever! My fans make me who I am and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you

Jana Blackwell- In My Cool
“In My Cool” was written and produced by Kenneth Christian. We were talking about those old school sould songs like “What’s Going On” by Marvin Gaye and “A House is not a Home” by Luther Vandross. We are missing those baby-making love songs and so we came up with the concept of “In My Cool”
