Starlight – So Desperate

The creation of singer/bassist Sara Murray, By Starlight’s sound is drawn from the early grunge of the Pixies, and Sonic Youth and infused with the influences of Siouxsie and the Banshees and Smashing Pumpkins. The ensuing collision of blissed-out harmonies and grunge guitars, welded to songs which are both brutal and beautiful, makes for a hypnotic, powerful and infectious soundscape. Currently working with producer Paul Corkett (The Cure, Placebo, Biffy Clyro), and preparing for their next release and tour schedule – details tba.

Lady Zephyr -Cannot Explain
Rock Just another typical Los Angeles love story. Boy needs band, boy searches Craigslist, boy meets boy, and hijinks ensue. Neema Rustin and Scott Lee met for the first time at Jake’s in Old Town Pasadena on January 17th, 2015, after Scott responded to Neema’s Craigslist ad. Both are LA natives. They started jamming together at Bedrock Rehearsal Studios in Echo Park and at their first session, they wrote a song they both liked. They would continue to practice at Bedrock every week and go to Good Times at Davey Wayne’s afterward to talk music and get better acquainted. After a few months, they started playing shows at the famous Redwood Bar in downtown LA with help from In Fuzz We Trust. They played more shows at the Redwood from time to time while working on writing more material and playing other shows at places like the Maui Sugar Mill Saloon in Tarzana and SOMA in San Diego. https://www.reverbnation.com/ladyzephyr/song/27477040-cannot-explain

Jackie got Lemons- Nothing to Wear
We are an Alternative rock band based in Melbourne. Comprising of bass, drums and vocals, We aim for quirky references to today´s culture movement and senseless human daily behavior in form of a satire. Our first album “none of your business” is a sweet mouthful of tang with a late inflection of tannic bitterness for good measure. An experimental product brought by Sharon, a spanish comedian/singer who found her inspiration writing her songs in poor english. Bass player Karl, sick of playing for coorporates and getting fat on gig chicken and Cameron, drummer with an impacable time for lateness. https://www.reverbnation.com/jackiegotlemons/song/27646518-my-girls
