Today’s Artist Lineup:
Ten Percenter – Levitation – @tenpercenter06
Ten Percenter’s music is a modern take on a blend of the band’s combined influences. The vision for the band at it’s inception is that it would sound like a more pop Dinosaur Jr, but it really just sounds like Ten Percenter. Against the Grain is Written by singer and guitar player Jay Brown and lyrically graces those age old subjects of disillusionment and love unrequited. The track was recorded at Parlour Studios by Neil Haynes who co produced the track with the band.
Delaney Morgan – Go
Delaney Morgan is 23, and from Barkhamsted Connecticut. He is a singer songwriter with roots firmly planted in soul and R&B . “Go” is a step forward into the realm of dance pop music for Delaney Morgan, after releasing a retro soul R&B style album “Running Circles” in October of 2015. The song is based on Delaney’s “best friend” who hit on him and he didn’t know how to react. The lyrics reflect a struggle and miscommunication the fear of being told to “go” and the failure people often have when they secretly love each other and don’t want to ruin a good friendship. The song uses an EDM approach to pop, and infuses house beats and electro house synths to create an atmosphere of fun and energetic summer music.

Ilana J – Made for you – @ilanaj_sings
“Have you ever experienced that moment, that look passing between two people when you recognise each other on a level that’s hard to explain but you know that being together is as natural as the act of breathing? Well, ‘Made For You’ is about that overwhelming impulse that draws people together because the fit is just right, whether it’s for a moment or for a lifetime. Also, we’re all made of different stuff and different things make us happy, so I had a bit of fun with flavours to explore the nature of attraction.”

Megan Landry – Nose bleeds @meganknight20
I wrote the song “Fall for Two’ based off of this reoccurring idea I had about writing a song from the perspective of a cheater. I wanted to capture the emotions felt when someone is caught in a situation where they need to choose between their current relationship and a new one. I believe the song expresses the overwhelming and confusing manner in which the subject shows the vulnerability and fragile state of the female character. Should she stay loyal to the man she is with or should she chase her heart and try something new? Megan Knight is an American Alternative-Country-Rock singer/songwriter/musician and Muscle Shoals, AL recording artist.
