They’re both about a coming of age and a fall from grace, which inevitably adjusts your perspective. This music we are making is a watermark of the progress I have made as a songwriter thus far. They lyrics represent my growth both as a songwriter and as a person.

 The music not only serves as something we create from our own feelings and experiences, it should serve as an outlet for others to gain pleasure; that may be dancing like crazy, singing along with the lyrics or even adopting feelings of comfort from negativity.

 The Music…
I write in my room with my acoustic guitar and when I feel like I have something, I generally show my Mom to see what she thinks. If it passes her approval, I show it to my bandmates.
Staying focused and balance.. 
I just make sure to stay practiced on the guitar and that keeps everything else in check.

Never apologize for your live performance. Everyone messes up and the audience’s reaction will never dictate whether or not you continue to play live music and love it.

I live in Philadelphia. The music scene here is greater than it’s been in a while. With bands like the Districts and War On Drugs making it out of our city and artists like Kurt Vile. Keeps the morale high!
