Song name: Cold
Music Genre/ category : Hip hop
Cold is very personal to me . I’ve been on a mission to make my dreams happen since I was 16 , but sometimes people have different aspirations and goals . Due to this fact it forces me to give the cold shoulder to strangers and loved ones because even loved ones can slow down your ruin your success . So you gotta stay Cold.

This project has a special place in my heart…
It will take thru the eyes of a younger Mar-kush dealing with the struggles of everyday life .In addition to the struggle by the end of the project my words visualize a taste of success but nothing comes without struggle. Plus I will never forget where I came from.

I live in San Diego , California…
born n raised . Unfortunately for hip hop the music scene is not big for local artist opportunities so I’ve decided to create my own . Don’t get me wrong hip hop artist do come from out of town and get exposure but in my opinion we need someone who will represent us . Someone who will stand on a major platform and say proudly I’m from San Diego California ! Much respect to Los Angeles but we got talent too . Just have to take that 2 hour drive down south.

Music business..
Cons of the music business like any other business is tough. Similar to being a chihuahua trying to eat dinner with a pack of wolves . Thru trial and error I’m starting to see a light past these dark deceptions which has me hungry for more I’m never content. To be honest however I am running other business so I do have to credit those mistakes for helping me understand how the music industry operates . When it comes to pros in my opinion they are endless. To me though the most important pro is to sustain a quality living off of my passion. That’s all I ever wanted. It is at that very second no less where I can die a happy man.

I would love to have 5 minutes alone with….
No other than one of the greatest human beings to walk this earth, Tupac . Mainly because he is the reason I do music in the first place . When I was 7 years old my favorite song was shed so many tears . I hope to continue some of the positive things he had set up before his life was taken, like community centers, programs for kids and treaties with gangs . Let’s be clear I’m not him and can never be him but if his death has taught me anything, which is if you stand for something be willing to die for it because death is a probable possibility when music is involved . I’ve looked in the mirror and accepted that reality so if that day comes I will still die a happy man
