Music has always been a part of my life and in my family. My dad played music, my siblings also played. For me music was a way to bring peace, a sence of calm, and to write of an experience.

Band Name: Shelby Blondell
Song name: Fun in The Sun
Music: If you can imagine, Johnny Cash, Adele, and Sherly Crow having a tailgate… That would be the genre of Fun in the Sun.
This song is about…
Fun upbeat song to makes you want to dance.
“At first glance, it might seem like Baltimore songwriter/singer Shelby Blondell has it all. The 24-year-old only began writing and performing about 5 years ago, but her fame has skyrocketed—her original songs are a hit on the European charts, and she has opened for everyone from a cappella group Pentatonix to Howie Day to Disney Channel star Sabrina Carpenter.
But things haven’t always been so easy for Blondell. The artist was born with craniosynostosis, a brain condition that causes high intracranial pressure. (In fact, Baltimore’s own Ben Carson performed her first craniotomy.)”

I would love to sit down with Lady Gaga. Gaga is an artist of immense talent. Her voice is impeccable, when she plays the piano it is with ease, genre’s are not a set back and most of all she is involved with activism and many causes.
I live in…Linthicum MD…
I am a part of the music scene, but because of my genre I play much in VA and OC MD. when at home I do a number of openings for national acts that come through at venues such as the Meryhoff, State Fair, Baltimore Soundstage, and a few others.
What defines “Success” to you
Being able to make an impact. My vision with music is not because of fame and fortune. it is to be able to touch as many people as possible and help someone as many have helped me.
