Catchy melodies combined with well-crafted lyrics that convey elements of life’s journey.

I learned guitar when I was 5 years old and started playing keyboards when I was 8. I have been a member of a very popular band called The Sixth Generation since 1966. I have written multiple hit songs for the band, with the first one occurring in 1967. The band stopped playing in 1970 due to college, but we reformed in 2010 and have been recording and performing since then. We have played on stages across the US and UK, including the world famous Cavern Club in Liverpool, England. I wrote a #2 Billboard hit for the band in 2015 and the songs for a #4 Billboard album in 2016. One of the songs on that album was considered for a Grammy nomination. I have now decided to also launch a solo career, and released my first solo album on April 14, 2017, which is being well-received.

My songs offer value..
to people who enjoy easy listening, soft rock. My songwriting has been compared to Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, Don Henley of the Eagles, and Jackson Browne. My recordings have been likened to James Taylor, Paul Simon, Phil Collins, Don Henley, and other similar artists.

The Music Business..
I am currently retired after a very successful business career, and I am devoting full time to my music at this point in my life. (Just so you know, I am 68 years old.)

The Future..
My goal is to reach as many people as possible with my music. I know I need to build my fan base. The Sixth Generation’s fan base is primarily baby boomers, but my solo music appeals to people of all ages. I have avid fans who are young teens and avid fans who are baby boomers, and every age group in between. I am planning to release a new single every month beginning in May to keep the interest level growing.
