This song is about…: It’s about a broken heart, but still in love.
We explore an entire universe of sound and we try to offer a different dimension to the Trip hop style without limitations. We get carried away by inspiration and we make music with the idea of create something beautiful and interesting.

We have no direction. We don’t follow rules. We are in constant movement. This release is an expression of ourselves in this concrete moment. This is an excerpt from a review of our album “Imagination”: Voluptas Mors doesn’t waste any time establishing the musical melting pot vision they had for this record. Within the first five tracks, they already explore five different genres and about double the amount of sub-genres.
We create music in the studio in collaboration with singers and musicians from around the globe. Usually we start with a bassline or a drum beat, then we add a texture, a sound, a percussion, a voice and little by little just like a food recipe you get something you want to eat, or to listen to.

Music creation is part of our life. We work, we walk, we eat, we love, we play music… we are always focused.

An excerpt from Bob Dylan’s statement: The world don’t need any more songs… As a matter of fact, if nobody wrote any songs from this day on, the world ain’t gonna suffer for it. Nobody cares. (…) There’s enough songs. Unless someone’s gonna come along with a pure heart and has something to say. That’s a different story.
We are from Barcelona. There is a lot of movement here, great musicians, big concerts and we are just forty minutes away from Ibiza 😉
